Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation for a tour (“Tour”) with Bike Around Tour (“Us”, “We”, “Our”), the guest (“You”) is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment Service Provider

Stripe is our Payment Service Provider. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. Click here to read Stripe’s privacy policy.

  1. Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. We will notify you if a Tour is cancelled or rescheduled, but you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct contact details so we can notify you. We will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of supplying us with incorrect contact details (e.g. email address or mobile number).

  1. Timeliness

You must adhere to the start time set out in the product information on your booking confirmation. We start on time, so please allow enough time to be at the start point before the official start time on your booking confirmation. If you know you are going to be late, please contact us on the phone number on your voucher and we’ll do our best to help you catch up. If you do not arrive on time and do not make any contact with us, we will consider you to be a “no-show” and the Tour will start without you, and no refund will be provided.

  1. Disclaimer, Indemnity and Limitations of Liability

We reserve the right to withdraw any itinerary or to decline or refuse any individual as a member of the Tour, if it appears to us, in our absolute discretion, that such individual is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of the other members of the Tour. No refund will be provided.

a) Voluntary Participation: You understand and confirm that your participation in the Tour is voluntary. You are in good health and suffer from no physical or mental condition that will make you especially susceptible to injury or disability while participating in the Tour.

b) Comprehension of Risk: You fully comprehend all of the risks associated with your participation in the Tour, including without limitation, injury or death resulting from exposure to unfavourable weather conditions, food illness, adverse reactions to food and food stuffs, choking, and injuries (e.g. without exception, those arising from self-inflicted accidents or mishaps, inattention, clumsiness, other guests, motor vehicles, bicycles, pedestrians, and the like).

c) Acceptance of Risk: You assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with your participation in the Tour. You accept personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with your participation in the Tour. You are strongly encouraged to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect against unforeseen circumstances, injury, and medical emergencies.

d) Release of Liability: Your participation in the Tour is at your own sole risk. You hereby forever and unconditionally release us from any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses in any way arising out of, or resulting from, your participation in the Tour, including, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, and liabilities for death, injury, loss or damage to you, or to any property, regardless of whether or not such injury, loss or damage was caused by the negligence or willful conduct by us. You further agree to defend and indemnify us from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) and losses of any kind or nature whatsoever in any way arising out of, or resulting from your participation in the Tour.

  1. Photos and Marketing

You consent to us using images of you taken during the tour for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes (e.g. brochures, social media).
